I’ve started the long process of going through one year’s worth of photos, thinking that I’d post photos of America. But since a friend asked for more photos from Sweden – “I miss the snow” – I decided to post these photos taken from the steps of the University Hall of Uppsala, a bitter cold February morning this year – a few minutes before a friend of mine held her dissertation and became a PhD. I happened to be home the only two weeks this winter when Uppsala was cold and covered in snow. Thank you Weather Gods.

Always a treat to see your photos. I love the ornamental ironwork of the lamp post. Can’t wait to see some from your trip over the past year.
Thank you. :)
