This wind vane was spotted on the top of an old barn. “Lovisa” (Sw version of Louisa) was a popular Swedish name aroound the turn of the last century and this vane is dated 1926. A quite extravagant wind vane – particularly considering that it was mounted on top of a little barn, belonging to a small farm.
