I had never noticed them before I saw them the past winter out taking photos in the country side. I got so fond of it that I ploughed through lots of snow to capture them from the right angle. Why is it always that the best perspectives are found from an inconvenient point: be it glass insulators, wind vanes or opinions? Beats me, but I’ve stood on many strange spots this year to capture “the” pic of something.
