…are so beautiful. The two first photos show my Visconti Opera with its elegant nib. Classic, but the special breather hole gives it a character of its own. The third photo is a pen that I don’t have in my possession anymore…the nib was too broad. It is a Montegrappa Nero Uno and I really like its sleek, streamlined, modern design. If I find it for a good price with a fine nib I’ll buy it again. The nib on a fountain pen not only adds character to the handwriting, it is also adds visual character and personality. It is a joy to look at the nib while writing. A little piece of art in itself. Functional art.
