A nice thing with bringing my camera about in my everyday life has been that I have begun to observe more details. I realized that I have photographed several wind vanes the last weeks. They are often old and the camera lens makes it possible to see them clearly. This is a 250 year old wind vane on the top of an old bell tower. The sky was obligingly blue today which suits it really fine. Another favourite is the dragon I posted a couple of days ago. There are always something interesting (more or less, at least) to find even in the most ordinary places. Like chestnuts. Before the weather gets real nasty and they have been trampled firmly into the muddy ground they are beautiful.
