chrome, red, black

This is one of the coolest pens I know of. Fire engine red and chrome. Rock n’ roll. It first had a (very good) medium nib, but I switched it for an italic, which suits this pen very well. Right now it is loaded with Diamine Imperial Purple – a colour that also rocks!  I have written a review of the Talentum here at FPN. Unfortunately they don’t make them in this luscious red anymore, which is a real pity. This is modern Italian design at its best. A modern classic.

They didn’t have the red. And the burgundy has the gold trim, which isn’t as good, in my opinion, as the silver. I’m going to get the black and silver. But, I long for the red.
Great blog. You are just the best.

I am trying to get this pen….. I’ve found in U.S. at Fahrney’s Pens and have contacted them to make sure they “really” have it.
It is sooooo beautiful in RED. Thanks for your pictures. You are making me drool.

One huge obstacle is that Aurora doesn’t manufacture them anymore, which is such a pity. They make a bordeaux version that is elegant and stylish, but it doesn’t rock like this. Thanks for positive response! They do show up at ebay from time to time.
